I fell in love with exercise and movement after losing 40 lbs in high school. So much so that I decided to study exercise physiology and nutrition in college. Upon graduating, I worked in a few different positions ranging from clinical exercise specialist to fitness facility manager and personal trainer. I also had the opportunity to work as a photographer covering the sport of olympic weightlifting all over the world.


After working for a few years, I moved to New Hampshire to earn a Master’s Degree at UNH in health and recreation policy. In New England I was able to explore my love of movement and nature through hiking, climbing, and surfing. I also began learning a lot about the benefits of moving barefoot during this time. While in New Hampshire I certified as a Foot Nerd through The Foot Collective, and also decided to hike a few mountains and run the Miami Half Marathon barefoot! In 2020 I decided to move back to New Jersey so that I could use my experiences and expertise to help my home community and be close to family. My main objective is to create a framework which can be used to sustainably heal and strengthen the members of communities all over the world.

Take Your Shoes Off and Find What You Enjoy
Most shoes are designed improperly. Taking them off will allow you to move naturally and avoid conditions like bunions and plantar fasciitis. When it comes to movement, we should do what we like. We will go through many different forms of exercise to find and strengthen the movements that you enjoy.
Understanding of Movements and Mobilize Your Body
The body can move in many sophisticated ways. We will explore these ways to enhance your understanding of what you are capable of. Most of us have stretched our muscles at some point, but we will explore other dynamic mobility practices which will have more lasting effects than stretching alone.
Create Incredible Balance and Have Fun
When the conditions are optimized, the human body can balance itself in beautiful ways. I will teach you how to balance optimally so that we can avoid falls and explore fun and challenging movements. Movement should be fun. You should enjoy your movement sessions immensely, and I will help ensure that we’re always having fun.
