Hey, I'm Shane Brennan

 

 

I’m a self-development junkie for sure and love the concept of developing ourselves entirely. A lot of what we get from life is based upon who we are. I spend a lot of time learning about how things work, like natural law, irrationality, habit generation, and mindset to apply it to life. 


I love hockey and grew up playing competitively there. My career peak there hit with being able to Represent USA in the Australian Classic, a Professional-Level tournament versus (USA vs Canada) spreading hockey around Australia and New Zealand. After hockey stopped, I got into triathlons up until I recently completed an Ironman in Cambridge, Maryland. In between bigger feats of sport, I like to remain active and mess around with things like Muay Thai, Pickleball, Roller Hockey, and Hikes.


I also have a lot of passion in entrepreneurship and business development. A lot of what I train for is to handle life in the jungle. No matter my current situation, you can find me coaching people and trying to have that in depth impact. Like physical, I am big on psychological health development. I believe the solution and root to any problem are in the mind and I like to develop that alongside the physical fitness levels. Until we do, we’ll have great workouts and get you feeling confident, radiant, and in-tact.
